Dear Service Team,
My Maytag washer broke down in mid-cycle, I called Paul's Service and found out it is a brother team. I spoke with David. David was at my house in less then 3 hours. He was very professional and immediately found the problem (a worn belt). He didn't try to sell me anything-he just tested the machine and left the work area clean. These guys know what they are doing.

My Kenmore washer was broken with a full load of clothes. I called around, and they all wanted me to wait several days before they could come and fix my machine. Problem is, with 3 kids, a working washer is a MUST. I called Paul's, and that evening Dave came himself to check on it. Tuned out it was something minor. He didn't try to sell me stuff and was really nice and professional. All repair guys should come this fast and be this nice!!!!!

These folks are the nicest, most honest, trustworthy and informative repairmen you will ever meet. It is almost like having a close friend or family member take care of your dryer. They know what they are talking about. They are prompt and efficient. Like so many others in the repair business, they could very easily overcharge and take advantage of your desperation for a working dryer. However, they absolutely do not! We found them randomly in the phone book, after being taken for a ride by some other company. We were so completely amazed at how wonderful Paul's is. In a perfect world.....all repair persons would be this great! We highly recommend this outfit!!!!
